Job Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome and acknowledge all guests upon arrival and departure with genuine hospitality
- Open doors, assist with luggage, and direct guests to check-in or other hotel areas
- Coordinate closely with the valet, bell, and concierge teams to provide seamless service
- Provide clear directions and information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Maintain an active presence at the hotel entrance, anticipating guest needs before they are expressed
- Assist with calling taxis, rideshares, or other transportation as requested
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the hotel entrance and porte-cochere area
