Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining or hospitality leadership roles
- Proven proficiency with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in a high-volume fine dining or hospitality environment preferably in a leadership or concierge-facing role
- Mastery of OpenTable and guest management systems
- Exceptional interpersonal problem-solving and communication skills
- Calm and composed under pressure with the ability to think critically and multitask
- Professional demeanor strong attention to detail and ability to lead by example
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee the host/hostess team and door operations ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution of guest flow
- Optimize dining room seating and coordinate table assignments to balance pace of service and reservation volume
- Manage and build reservation books via OpenTable ensuring optimal table turns and guest satisfaction
- Cultivate relationships with concierges booking agents and high-profile guests to enhance traffic and visibility
- Maintain and update guest profiles and notes to personalize guest experiences and build loyalty
- Ensure all guest-facing information including menus hours specials promotions is accurate and up to date online and in-venue
- Provide high-touch service to VIPs and returning guests ensuring they are recognized and cared for
- Monitor and engage with online guest feedback and reviews to uphold the STK brand reputation
- Perform opening and closing duties and act as the floor manager when needed
- Foster a team-oriented professional and fun environment at the front door and throughout the venue
