Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart from the establishment
- Assist guests with their luggage and provide directions or information about the facility and surrounding area
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area, ensuring it is welcoming at all times
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information regarding services, amenities, and local attractions
- Monitor the entrance for security purposes while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Utilize phone etiquette to assist guests calling in for information or reservations
- Support restaurant operations by directing guests to dining areas as needed
