Job Requirements
- 18 years or older (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Have a vehicle, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Provide social security number (US only)
- Have consistent access to a smartphone
- Ability to activate and use the DoorDash Red Card
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Familiarity with local areas and routes
- Ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- Good communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Pick up grocery, convenience, retail, and alcohol orders
- Deliver orders to customers promptly and safely
- Activate and use the prepaid Red Card for purchases
- Manage delivery schedules independently during off-peak hours
- Maintain communication with customers and support teams
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Follow all safety and traffic regulations
