Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- be responsible show personal accountability and be reliable
- must be able to work nights weekends and certain holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some college preferred
- well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff
- must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city state
- ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly way and check IDs as they enter the establishment
- maintain lines and crowd control
- enforce rules to keep the location fun and safe and remove guests if needed
- clean and remove trash throughout bar including patios and restrooms
- assist in private parties including setup teardown cleaning and helping guests with their belongings to their cars
- work well under pressure
- be a good teammate
