Job Requirements

Valid Illinois PERC Card
Completion of the 20-hour Security Guard Certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-impact guest service environment
Prior door staff experience a plus
Self-motivated with strong multitasking skills
Calm and professional under pressure
Impeccable grooming and communication skills
Positive, outgoing, and attentive demeanor

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-impact guest service environment
Prior door staff experience a plus
Valid Illinois PERC Card

Job Duties

Warmly greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with a genuine, professional demeanor
Manage building access and security with discretion
Deliver concierge-level support by assisting with deliveries, arranging transportation, and addressing resident requests, with thorough documentation
Anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise
Keep the lobby pristine and welcoming at all times
