Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, with scheduling flexibility between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM
  • must hold a valid Virginia driver’s license and provide a driving record with 0 or more points
  • prior experience in a front-facing hospitality or service role is preferred
  • must be clean-cut, well-groomed, and maintain a neat, polished presence appropriate for a luxury hotel environment

  • friendly, welcoming demeanor with a natural ability to connect with guests
  • situational awareness and the ability to remain composed under pressure
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage as needed
  • prior experience in a front-facing hospitality or service role preferred
  • valid Virginia driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet all guests arriving at or departing from the hotel entrance
  • open doors, offer assistance, and provide directions or information as needed
  • assist with luggage or coordinate with Bell Staff and Valet to ensure seamless service
  • communicate effectively with Front Desk, Valet, and Bell Staff to coordinate guest arrivals
  • observe and anticipate guest needs to provide timely, proactive assistance
  • monitor activity at the entrance, maintain order, and assist with flow during busy arrival or departure periods
  • support safety and security by reporting any suspicious behavior or potential hazards
