Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- lift up to 50 lbs
- operate commercial equipment as required by role
- comfortable working in cold, snowy, and high-altitude conditions
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak ski/summer seasons
- commitment and planning to arrive on time and navigate canyon traffic and mountain weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
- ability to handle potentially stressful or confrontational situations
- previous hospitality, customer service, or security experience preferred
- ability to ski is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests at the entrance and provide a welcoming experience
- verify legal age with proper identification for entry into the bar
- manage guest flow and line organization
- monitor crowd behavior and assist with security protocols
- communicate effectively with management and security teams
