High school diploma or equivalent
Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Customer service experience
Strong organizational and time management discipline
Ability to operate effectively in stressful situations
Ability to multi-task
Ability to adapt to changing guest needs
Valid Vermont Driver’s License
Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

Lead Bell, Valet, and Guest Service Coordinators during shifts
Create a warm and welcoming arrival experience for guests
Handle guest luggage with care and efficiency
Assist with valet parking and vehicle management
Provide guests with accurate information and assistance throughout their stay
Ensure guests feel well taken care of and attended to
Maintain organization and communication with team
