Job Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • applicants must be 21 or older
  • must have or be able to obtain ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
  • previous experience in nightlife, doorman, or high-volume hospitality or security roles preferred
  • strong interpersonal skills with a professional, guest-focused demeanor
  • ability to remain calm and assertive under pressure
  • excellent situational awareness and attention to detail
  • ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly while ensuring safety and order at the door
  • verify IDs and enforce responsible alcohol service, refuse entry to underage or overly intoxicated guests
  • monitor guest behavior and respond to conflicts professionally and discreetly
  • manage crowd flow, line organization, and foot traffic during peak periods and events
  • communicate guest or safety concerns promptly to management
  • assist team members with guest service and security as needed
  • maintain situational awareness to prevent safety or security issues
  • perform end-of-night duties to maintain readiness and ensure smooth operations for the next day
  • uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines
