Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years for concessions and catering staff
- minimum age of 18 years for prep cooks, dishwashers, and security personnel
- minimum age of 21 years and taps certification for bartenders
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in
- manage cash and credit card payments and pre-paid ticket lists
- answer phones and provide customer assistance
- assist with theatre set up and break down
- assist with seating guests and escort guests out of show and to buses
- prepare and serve beverages and food items
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- ensure safety and security of event spaces
- provide exceptional customer service throughout events
