Job Duties
- Assist patients and guests to and from cars, courtesy vans, shuttle buses, or taxis
- offer direction support and mobility assistance
- answer general questions from guests
- keep patient loading zones clear
- transport patients, personal belongings, or medical devices
- call, record, and monitor taxi cabs and courtesy vehicles
- assist and support valet operations and sanitize equipment
- manage traffic control in drive-up lanes
- perform wheelchair recovery across hospital, clinic, hotel, and ancillary areas
