Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospital or clinical experience preferred
- ability to work independently
- good communication, telephone, and human relation skills
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress
- willingness to work varied hours including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends with rotating days off
- valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
- no visa sponsorship available
- not eligible for F-1 STEM OPT extension program

Job Duties
- Assist patients and guests to and from cars, courtesy vans, shuttle buses, or taxis
- offer direction support, mobility assistance, and answer general questions
- keep patient loading zones clear
- transport patients, personal belongings, or medical devices
- call, record, and monitor taxi cabs and courtesy vehicles
- assist and support valet operations
- sanitize equipment used to support patients
- assist with traffic control in drive-up lanes to ensure safety
- perform wheelchair recovery across hospital, clinic, hotel, and ancillary areas
