Job Requirements
- a high school diploma or equivalent or higher education
- previous hospital or clinical experience preferred
- ability to work independently
- good communication and telephone skills
- human relation skills to interact with patients, guests, and staff
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress
- availability to work varied hours including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- valid driver's license and excellent driving record

Job Duties
- assist patients and guests to and from cars, courtesy vans, shuttle buses, or taxis
- offer direction support and mobility assistance
- answer general questions asked by guests
- keep patient loading zones clear
- transport patients, belongings, or medical devices
- call, record, and monitor taxi cabs and courtesy vehicles
- support valet operations
- sanitize equipment used
- assist with traffic control in drive-up lanes
- perform wheelchair recovery across hospital floors, clinic floors, hotels, and campus areas
