Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms
- open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
- inform guests about amenities, services, and operating hours
- explain room functionalities such as key usage, minibar, ice and vending machine locations, room safe, and laundry services
- transport guests' luggage to and from rooms or designated bell areas
- assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- help guests enter and exit vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage
- provide directions and arrange transportation like taxis or shuttles
- communicate parking procedures to guests
- comply with company safety policies and report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain a neat and professional uniform and personal appearance
- protect company property and maintain confidentiality
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- contribute to team goals
- meet quality assurance expectations and standards
- lift, move, push, drag, and place items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- assist with items over 75 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- move at required speeds to respond to work situations
- read and visually verify information
- perform physical activities such as reaching overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, climbing stairs or ramps
- welcome and acknowledge all guests per company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
