Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet and escort owners, vendors and guests of the Residence
- Open doors and assist owners, guests and visitors entering and exiting the property
- Assist owners, guests and visitors entering and exiting vehicles, including helping carry purchases, luggage or packages to and from vehicles, units and other areas
- Direct owners, guests and visitors of the Residence where to go if asked
- Help maintain a vehicle-free zone at the entrance of Residences
- Assist moving and delivery staff to the loading dock
- Assist Valet parking staff with moving owners of Residence and guest vehicles
- Report vehicle-related problems of Residence owners to the Valet parking manager and help resolve them
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of lobby areas, sidewalks, entrances and other work areas
- Keep luggage carts clean and shining
- Keep building entrance and vehicle delivery area free of obstacles
