Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospital or clinical experience preferred
- ability to work independently
- good communication, telephone, and human relation skills
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress
- availability to work varied hours including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends with rotating days off
- valid driver’s license
- excellent driving record

Job Duties
- assist patients and guests to and from cars, courtesy vans, shuttle buses, or taxis
- offer direction support, mobility assistance, and answer general questions from guests
- keep patient loading zones clear
- transport patients, personal belongings, or selected medical devices
- call, record, and monitor taxi cabs and courtesy vehicles
- assist and support valet operations
- sanitize equipment used to support patients
- assist with traffic control in drive-up lanes
- perform wheelchair recovery in hospital, clinic, hotel, and other campus areas
