Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must have previous hospital or clinical experience preferred
- ability to work independently
- good communication skills
- telephone skills
- strong human relation skills
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress
- must be able to work varied hours including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- must have a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
- not eligible for sponsorship
- cannot sponsor or transfer visas
- does not participate in F-1 STEM OPT extension program

Job Duties
- assist patients and guests to and from cars, courtesy vans, shuttle buses, or taxis
- establish and maintain pleasant and helpful relationships with patients and visitors
- offer direction support and mobility assistance
- answer general questions asked by guests
- keep patient loading zones clear
- transport patients, their belongings, or medical devices
- call, record, and monitor taxi cabs and courtesy vehicles
- assist and support valet operations
- sanitize equipment used to support patients
- assist with traffic control in drive-up lanes to ensure safety
- perform wheelchair recovery in hospital floors, clinics, hotels, and other ancillary areas
