Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record
- high school diploma or equivalent is required
- ability to work independently
- good communication, telephone, and human relation skills
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress
- willingness to work varied hours including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends with rotating days off
- this vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship and Mayo Clinic does not participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program

- A high school diploma or equivalent or higher education
- previous hospital or clinical experience preferred
- ability to work independently

Job Duties
- Assist patients and guests to and from cars, courtesy vans, shuttle buses, or taxis
- establish and maintain a pleasant and helpful relationship with patients and guests
- offer direction support and mobility assistance
- answer general questions from guests
- keep patient loading zones clear
- transport patients, their personal belongings, or selected medical devices
- call, record, and monitor taxi cabs and courtesy vehicles daily for patients and visitors
- assist and support valet operations as directed
- sanitize any equipment used to support patients
- assist with traffic control in drive-up lanes to ensure safety
- perform wheelchair recovery including hospital and clinic floors, hotels, and other campus areas
