Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to move objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
- Ability to move over uneven or slippery surfaces and navigate stairs or ramps
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees including bending and stooping
- Ability to communicate effectively using clear and professional language
- Willingness to comply with company policies and safety procedures
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional appearance

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to rooms
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell area
- Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage
- Arrange transportation services for guests and record advance transportation requests
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors
- Follow company policies and procedures and report accidents or unsafe conditions
- Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests and anticipate their service needs
- Speak clearly and professionally and answer telephones with proper etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
