Job Requirements
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospital or clinical experience preferred
- ability to work independently
- good communication, telephone, and human relation skills
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress
- availability to work varied hours including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends with rotating days off
- valid driver’s license
- excellent driving record
- no visa sponsorship available

Job Duties
- assisting patients and guests to and from cars, courtesy vans, shuttle buses, or taxis
- offering direction support and answering general questions
- keeping patient loading zones clear
- transporting patients, personal belongings, or selected medical devices
- calling, recording, and monitoring taxi cabs and courtesy vehicles
- assisting and supporting valet operations
- sanitizing equipment used to support patients
- assisting with traffic control in drive-up lanes
- performing wheelchair recovery in various hospital and ancillary locations
