Job Requirements

  • Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Must be flexible with schedule, able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evenings
  • Must have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Must demonstrate strong customer satisfaction and people skills
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English, reading and writing
  • Must have high school education or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to utilize computer equipment and email
  • Must be able to apply ethical and moral approach
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, reading and writing
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer satisfaction and people skills
  • Ability to multi-task in demanding environments
  • Ability to utilize computer equipment and use email
  • Experience with Outlook, HotSOS, Keytrack preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Apply an ethical and moral approach in all dealings

Job Duties

  • Respond to resident support needs with the highest level of timeliness, hospitality and professionalism
  • Ensure timely and quality-driven completion of service request
  • Greet owners and guests arriving by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them
  • Assist guests exiting from cars and issue appropriate valet parking tickets
  • Give verbal greetings to guests arriving on foot
  • Unload items from cars, tag them, issue claim tickets when appropriate, and assist delivering items to units
  • Assure smooth flow of traffic on the driveway by directing cars and valet parkers
  • Provide directions, recommendations and city information, hail taxis as needed
  • Resolve owner complaints and assist with inquiries related to services, operations, key personnel and events
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness at the driveway and 3rd Street entrance
