Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to lift objects over 75 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to move over uneven surfaces and stairs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work full time

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to rooms
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and local areas of interest
  • Identify and explain room features to guests
  • Transport guest luggage to and from rooms and designated areas
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
  • Arrange transportation for guests
  • Communicate parking procedures
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests with genuine appreciation
  • Assist guests with disabilities
  • Use clear and professional communication
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving luggage
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
