Job Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to push carts of up to 200 lbs
  • Prior experience in hospitality or guest services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
  • Ability to function well under pressure
  • High work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push carts of up to 200 lbs

Job Duties

  • Greet guests at the hotel's front drive upon arrival and departure
  • Unload guest luggage from car, tag and issue claim tickets
  • Escort hotel guests to the Front Desk for check-in
  • Transfer luggage to the Bell Staff
  • Assist guests with travel arrangements
  • Retain exceptional knowledge of hotel services and amenities
  • Ensure guests are greeted promptly, courteously, with eye contact and a smile
  • Manage smooth traffic flow on the drive by directing guest cars and taxis
  • Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and attractions
  • Hail taxis as needed
  • Load luggage in car for departing guests
  • Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism
  • Accommodate special requests
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Assist customers with inquiries about hotel services, hours, personnel, and events
