Job Requirements

Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with transportation requests
Communicate and coordinate with Valet and Bell services
Assist guests with their luggage
Provide general information about the hotel and surrounding area
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
Ensure guest safety and comfort upon arrival and departure
