Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Obtain transportation services for guests when requested
- Coordinate communication between Valet and Bell services
- Assist guests with their luggage and personal belongings
- Provide guests with general information about the hotel and local area
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area
- Ensure guests feel valued and well cared for during their arrival and departure
