Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with transportation requests
- Coordinate with Valet and Bell services to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Provide assistance with guest luggage when necessary
- Offer general information about the hotel amenities and surrounding area
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
- Support guest needs promptly and efficiently
- Uphold the safety and cleanliness of the hotel entrance area
