Job Duties

  • Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with transportation requests
  • Coordinate with Valet and Bell services to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
  • Provide assistance with guest luggage when necessary
  • Offer general information about the hotel amenities and surrounding area
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
  • Support guest needs promptly and efficiently
  • Uphold the safety and cleanliness of the hotel entrance area
