Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or less of similar or related experience
- Ability to perform medium work exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally
- Must be able to perform stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions
- Must have clarity of vision at distances both less than 20 inches and more than 20 feet
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must adhere to company policies and hygiene standards
- Must be able to work scheduled hours and be punctual
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern, and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner, whether the encounter takes place in the employee's designated department or elsewhere in the store
- Make an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name whenever possible
- Answer the telephone promptly when called upon, providing friendly, helpful service to customers who call
- Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment
- Prepare work area and equipment for donut finishing
- Remove donuts and rolls from freezer and prepare for finishing
- Place Danish and cinnamon rolls in proof box
- Heat donuts and rolls in oven prior to glazing or icing
- Ice and garnish rolls for the donut case
- Review special orders and prepare as needed
- Clean work area
- Prepare icings and glazing area for the next day
- Maintain strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress
- Adhere to company policies and individual store guidelines
- Report to work when scheduled and on time
- Work with customers at the counter as necessary
- Assist in other areas of store as needed
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required
