Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Willingness to follow CDC safety guidelines
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending and reaching
- Mandatory attendance at meetings (e.g., T.A.M., sexual harassment)
Job Qualifications
- Passion for creating baked goods
- Previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines
- Good communication skills
- Managerial experience a plus for advanced positions
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
