Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work overnight shifts
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Willingness to follow CDC safety guidelines
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending and reaching
  • Mandatory attendance at meetings (e.g., T.A.M., sexual harassment)

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for creating baked goods
  • Previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Good communication skills
  • Managerial experience a plus for advanced positions
  • Ability to work overnight shifts
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
