Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food production or baking preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shifts from 7 am to 5 pm with some variations
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to attend mandatory meetings
  • Willingness to comply with CDC guidelines for a safe workplace

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a food production or bakery environment preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work early morning and overnight shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
