Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food production or baking preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 7 am to 5 pm with some variations
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to attend mandatory meetings
- Willingness to comply with CDC guidelines for a safe workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food production or bakery environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work early morning and overnight shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
