Job Requirements
- ability to work afternoon shifts 2 pm to 10 pm
- must have legal working status in the U.S.
- must be able to pass a drug screening
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a baker preferably with a focus on donuts
- strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- ability to work well with others and be a team player
- excellent attention to detail and creativity
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- good communication skills
- must be able to lift move carry up to 70lbs
Job Duties
- prepare and bake a wide variety of donuts including yeast-raised cake and specialty varieties
- decorate donuts with glazes icings sprinkles and other toppings
- follow recipes and ensure consistency in taste and appearance
- maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to food safety standards
- work in a fast-paced environment efficiently handling multiple tasks
- collaborate with team members to achieve bakery goals
- monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages
