Job Requirements

  • Ability to work overnight shifts
  • Reliable transportation
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent bending, reaching, lifting 1 to 15 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Must attend mandatory meetings such as T.A.M and sexual harassment training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in baking or pastry production desirable
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player mentality

Job Duties

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
