Job Requirements
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent bending, reaching, lifting 1 to 15 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must attend mandatory meetings such as T.A.M and sexual harassment training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in baking or pastry production desirable
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Good communication skills
- Team player mentality
Job Duties
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
