Job Requirements
- Food handler's permit (can be obtained after hire)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to stand, walk, twist, sit, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity for handling small objects and operating equipment
- Ability to work early morning or overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work cooperatively with team members
- Willingness to attend training sessions
- Ability to operate oven, fryer, slicer, wrapping machine, bread molding machine, cake cutting bandsaw, batter mixer, and scales
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or guest service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Ability to operate cooking machinery
Job Duties
- Help with the production, frying, decorating, packaging, and maintenance of all donuts in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the displaying and restocking of donut products ensuring shelves and cases are filled, fresh, rotated, faced, and cleaned
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Attend and maintain training and certification through in-person and digital platforms
- Process and complete orders via digital and in-person methods
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions according to store policies
