Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Four years' diversified office and customer service experience with preference in higher education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with ability to engage high-level donors
  • Strategic thinking and program management skills
  • Data literacy for analyzing engagement trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and complex projects with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data segmentation, and performance tracking tools
  • Experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Skilled in process improvement and workflow optimization
  • Strong technical capabilities with ability to adopt new technologies
  • Commitment to donor-centered principles
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to reliable transportation for travel between locations
  • Ability to respond to directions and safety hazards quickly
  • Capacity to perform office-related physical tasks including filing and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and out of town travel

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement engagement strategies for leadership annual giving donors including acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Plan and execute donor campaigns and outreach programs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Collaborate with Brand Communications and Business Intelligence for marketing and messaging consistency
  • Partner with Gift Processing, Information Systems, and technical teams to ensure platform functionality and accurate donor transaction management
  • Coordinate with Development Directors and DXOs to ensure effective one-on-one donor engagement
  • Track and analyze donor engagement data to inform strategy and report outcomes
  • Serve as a strategic partner to campus units to ensure a cohesive donor-centered experience
  • Support stewardship and recognition of annual donors to encourage continued and increased giving
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize engagement strategies based on data and best practices
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • Perform other assigned duties
