Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Two years experience of diversified office and customer service experience with a preference in higher education
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products specifically Word and Excel
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to directions and safety hazards
- Ability to communicate effectively with donors, colleagues, students, and general public
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and out of town overnights occasionally
- Ability to perform sedentary office work with some filing requiring bending or standing
- Ability to observe details at close range
Job Qualifications

- Two years experience of diversified office and customer service experience with a preference in higher education
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- Creative problem-solving and resourcefulness
- Basic data literacy including comfort with tracking metrics and interpreting reports
- Preferred experience in CRM databases such as Salesforce, project management tools like Asana, and digital marketing software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Job Duties
- Coordinate logistics for multi-channel campaigns, events, and communications across multiple donor segments
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by maintaining calendars, production schedules, budgets and cross-team workflows
- Support the implementation of engagement strategies developed by Directors and Managers
- Act as a central connector between creative, data, and program teams to maintain alignment and consistency across projects
- Facilitate collaboration among Donor Engagement teams, Marketing and Brand Communications, and campus partners
- Support internal communication flow, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on priorities and timelines
- Utilize data entry, segmentation lists, and tracking tools to support engagement campaigns and outreach efforts
- Monitor campaign performance and donor response metrics, assisting with reporting and analysis
- Uphold KU Endowment��s visual and messaging standards across all donor touchpoints
- Review materials, lists, and communications for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with engagement goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
