Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in healthcare, hospitality, marketing, public relations or related field plus minimum of three years relevant customer service and promotional marketing experience
  • OR Bachelor's degree plus minimum of one-year relevant customer service experience
  • experience with CRM tools preferred
  • experience addressing client concerns using conflict resolution techniques
  • willingness and ability to travel locally up to 10% using a personal vehicle
  • valid Texas Driver's License and adherence to Vehicle Safety Program
  • computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
  • good attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in healthcare, hospitality, marketing, public relations or a related field
  • minimum of three years of relevant customer service and promotional marketing experience

  • CRM tool experience preferred
  • experience in conflict resolution and client concern management

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcoming donors upon arrival
  • guiding them through the check-in process with a friendly, reassuring approach
  • provide personalized attention to donors throughout the Donor Experience Cycle
  • anticipate needs before they arise
  • create a comfortable, positive atmosphere that helps ease anxiety for donors
  • coordinate promotional items and refreshment services for donors
  • serve as the subject matter expert in donor experience at daily team huddles
  • document and maintain detailed donor intelligence
  • organize special recognition for milestone donors
  • coordinate with volunteers to ensure consistent service standards
  • answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
  • assist donors in scheduling their next donation
  • address donor concerns promptly and professionally
  • engage donors in meaningful conversation to ease discomfort
  • anticipate and resolve donor complaints
  • apply de-escalation techniques to strengthen donor commitment
  • travel locally up to 10% to support donor engagement goals
