Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three months experience in clerical or customer service preferred
- Certification or licensing based on state requirements
- Basic computer knowledge

Job Qualifications

- Three months' experience in clerical or customer service preferred

- Ability to read, follow, and interpret regulations, instructions, and manuals
- Ability to understand verbal instructions
- Ability to read numbers on screening equipment and perform basic math calculations

Job Duties
- Ensure total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations including FDA-approved Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP
- Maintain a high level of customer service and positive donor experience aligned with company values and culture
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, ensuring sufficient supplies are available
- Maintain donor center equipment based on Standard Operating Procedures and manufacturer instructions
- Monitor donor conditions to ensure donor comfort, safety, and quality of plasma product
- Maintain donor confidentiality according to company policy
- Maintain complete and accurate record keeping per company procedures
- Troubleshoot machine alarms and alerts, perform quality controls routinely
- Clean any blood or plasma spills and dispose of biohazardous waste properly
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned
- Ensure donor meets eligibility criteria
- Perform donor vitals evaluation and finger stick for Microhematocrit and Total Protein
- Register applicant donors
- Set up and prepare all equipment for venipuncture and plasmapheresis
- Disconnect donor after plasmapheresis
- Maintain proper safety ratios and product quality
- Operate automated plasmapheresis machines, respond to alarms and adverse events
- Collect and store plasma and samples promptly and sterilely
- Handle tested and untested products including products with unsuitable test results
- Organize samples and product in storage according to protocols
- Prepare products and samples for shipment following regulations
- Monitor freezer and refrigerator temperatures and report equipment issues immediately
