Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three months experience in clerical or customer service preferred
- Certification or licensing based on state requirements

Job Duties
- Ensures total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations including FDA approved Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP
- Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience in line with company values and culture
- Maintains cleanliness of work area to ensure a clean and professional environment and stocks sufficient supplies
- Maintains Donor Center equipment based on Standard Operating Procedures and manufacturer instructions
- Monitors donor conditions to ensure donor comfort, safety, and quality of plasma product
- Maintains Donor confidentiality according to company policy
- Maintains complete and accurate record keeping per company Standard Operating Procedures
- Troubleshoots machine alarms and performs routine quality control checks on equipment
- Cleans blood or plasma spills and properly disposes of biohazardous waste
- Performs donor eligibility assessments and registers applicant donors
- Sets up and operates automated plasmapheresis machines including responding to alarms and donor adverse events
- Collects and stores plasma product and samples following sterile procedures
- Organizes samples and product in storage according to regulations
- Prepares product and samples for shipment complying with federal regulations
- Monitors freezer and refrigerator temperatures and reports malfunctions
