Job Duties
- Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts
- sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines
- move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized
- load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift
- track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval
- report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management
- support the team with additional duties as needed
- work indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements
