Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or donation coordination preferred
- valid driver's license
- clean driving record
- ability to operate a small cargo van
- effective communication skills
- strong organizational abilities
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to handle physical aspects of the job including lifting and loading donations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Job Duties
- demonstrate Palmetto Goodwill's Amazing Customer Experience (ACE) culture and I-CARE values in all actions
- represent Palmetto Goodwill in a positive and pleasant manner providing excellent donor and customer service at all times
- respond to inbound calls from prospective donors providing information on donation guidelines and processes
- seek out new donation opportunities
- pack donations for transport
- pick up smaller donations independently
- attend previews of larger pickups to determine facilitation process and needed resources
- schedule and coordinate donation pickup appointments timely and efficiently
- manage and track all scheduled donation pickups ensuring accuracy and consistency
- work closely with donors and the Transportation Department
- provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive donor experience
- operate a small cargo van
- coordinate donations from community organizations, schools, retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers and other businesses
- maintain accurate records and reports and ensure timely paperwork completion
- maintain confidentiality of operations, financial and personnel information
- ensure safety and security of Palmetto Goodwill assets and promptly report safety and loss prevention issues
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
