Job Duties
- Greet and assist donors in a friendly and courteous manner
- accept or reject donations based on item condition and agency policy
- record and maintain donor and donation records accurately
- handle donated materials carefully to maximize value
- record and manage Electronic Waste donations in accordance with state regulations
- ensure all material containers are labeled and scanned timely into the warehouse management system
- maintain a safe and organized work environment
- perform in-store processing and janitorial duties as assigned
- load and unload trailers safely and effectively
