Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- must be able to drive and deliver
- pass background check to Domino's Pizza standards
- pass motor vehicle record check to Domino's Pizza standards
- available to work all operating hours
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience
- minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience
- ability to multi-task effectively
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience in team training and development
- preferred food safety certifications such as Wisconsin Food Handler License or ServSafe Managers Certification
- passion for customer service
- adaptability and self-motivation
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of a Domino's Pizza store
- multi-task and uphold Domino's Pizza standards in product, service, and image
- interview and hire qualified team members
- conduct training and development sessions for staff
- implement corrective and disciplinary actions when necessary
- foster a goal-focused and collaborative team environment
- manage inventory levels according to company systems and guidelines
- ensure restaurant cleanliness, safety, and organization
