Job Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age
must be able to drive and deliver
pass background check to Domino's Pizza standards
pass motor vehicle record check to Domino's Pizza standards
available to work all operating hours

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year leadership experience
minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience
ability to multi-task effectively
strong leadership and communication skills
experience in team training and development
preferred food safety certifications such as Wisconsin Food Handler License or ServSafe Managers Certification
passion for customer service
adaptability and self-motivation

Job Duties

Manage daily operations of a Domino's Pizza store
multi-task and uphold Domino's Pizza standards in product, service, and image
interview and hire qualified team members
conduct training and development sessions for staff
implement corrective and disciplinary actions when necessary
foster a goal-focused and collaborative team environment
manage inventory levels according to company systems and guidelines
ensure restaurant cleanliness, safety, and organization
