Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Access to insured vehicle for delivery
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to navigate delivery areas and read maps
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in management or leadership roles preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment and POS systems
- Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
- Proficiency in navigating delivery routes
- Customer service experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Deliver product by car and to customer's door
- Deliver flyers and door hangers
- Drive safely with valid driver's license
- Navigate addresses within designated delivery area
- Carry pizzas and other products while performing delivery duties
- Ensure adherence to all policy and procedures
- Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control
- Handle customer relations effectively
- Set an example for team members
- Motivate and supervise team
- Ensure store cleanliness and quality standards
