Job Duties
- Manage all restaurant operations including cost controls inventory control cash control and customer relations
- Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100 percent of the time and holding crew accountable
- Create employee schedules order products train team members and hire new staff
- Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain customer satisfaction and handle any complaints or issues promptly
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages growth and accountability
- Achieve profit goals through efficient cost management and excellent service
