  • basic math proficiency for cost and inventory management
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • manage all operational aspects of the restaurant including cost controls inventory control cash control customer relations
  • set the example for the team by following all policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
  • create and manage employee schedules
  • order products and manage inventory
  • hire and train team members to ensure a skilled workforce
  • maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • work to meet goals and qualify for profit share bonuses
