- basic math proficiency for cost and inventory management
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- manage all operational aspects of the restaurant including cost controls inventory control cash control customer relations
- set the example for the team by following all policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
- create and manage employee schedules
- order products and manage inventory
- hire and train team members to ensure a skilled workforce
- maintain a clean and safe working environment
- work to meet goals and qualify for profit share bonuses
