Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations including cost controls and inventory
- Manage cash control and ensure accurate financial processes
- Set schedules and coordinate team member shifts
- Hire, train, and develop team members to achieve high performance
- Maintain exceptional customer relations and resolve issues promptly
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently
- Monitor and control costs to meet financial goals and qualify for profit share bonus
