Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- access to insured vehicle for delivery
- ability to operate motor vehicles
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- strong navigational skills to deliver product within designated area
- ability to work under varying weather conditions
- ability to follow all company policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or retail management preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to operate store equipment
- proficiency in inventory and cash management
- capable of handling customer service issues effectively
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility daily
- deliver product by car and to customer door
- deliver flyers and door hangers
- manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during shifts
- ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- lead and set example for crew
