Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license with safe driving record
  • access to insured vehicle for delivery
  • ability to operate motor vehicles
  • capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • strong navigational skills to deliver product within designated area
  • ability to work under varying weather conditions
  • ability to follow all company policies and procedures 100 percent of the time

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or retail management preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to operate store equipment
  • proficiency in inventory and cash management
  • capable of handling customer service issues effectively
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • operate all equipment
  • stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • prepare product
  • receive and process telephone orders
  • take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • clean equipment and facility daily
  • deliver product by car and to customer door
  • deliver flyers and door hangers
  • manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during shifts
  • ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • lead and set example for crew
