- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in varying temperatures
- ability to push and pull trays up to 30 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive hand tasks
- ability to work under stress and meet quality standards

Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage area
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone and in-person orders
- clean equipment and facility daily, including washing dishes
- take and process orders verbally and in writing
- use computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders
