Job Requirements
- valid Class A CDL
- minimum of one year CBW Class A driving experience
- clean motor vehicle record and CSA history
- ability to temporarily relocate up to 90 days
- willingness to adapt to new routes and shuttle schedules
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to self-manage in a lightly supervised setting
- ability to deliver Royal Farms route in accordance with company policies
- ability to meet store fixed route delivery windows
Job Qualifications
- valid Class A CDL

- knowledge of compliance, safety, accountability (CSA) standards
- strong communication skills
- problem-solving abilities
- ability to self-manage with minimal supervision
- familiarity with Royal Farms route delivery preferred
Job Duties
- operate commercial vehicles safely according to company policies
- adhere to fixed route delivery schedules within the NC/SC region
- manage housing and shuttle transportation arrangements efficiently
- communicate effectively with dispatch and management
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- maintain a clean driving record and monitor vehicle conditions
- deliver products on the Royal Farms route within designated delivery windows
