Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and walk with up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you as a driver on the policy
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera
- Pickup truck not required but recommended
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in custodial or environmental services preferred
- Ability to lift and walk with up to 50 lbs
- Capability to work outdoors in inclement weather
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with the candidate listed as a driver on the policy
- Proficient with smartphone technology including data plans and camera usage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from each resident's container at apartment complexes
- Transfer trash and recycling to the correct on-site dumpsters or compactor locations
- Clean up loose trash around the community
- Document any resident non-compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Demonstrate dependability and efficiency while serving clients
- Maintain strong communication with coworkers beyond normal work hours
